A rollup is an automated blog that aggregates (rolls up) a number of different sources. Using RSS feeds you can create your own rollup for any topic.
Rollups are also known as 'community aggregators', because they aggregate content around a shared community of interest.
Looks like you can't add any new rollups (look at the front page) but this site seems to do the same sort of thing
