truth tag

Polish industrial designer and street artist 'truth' tags buildings and structures not with paint, but with his own 3D industrial design/architecture.

New CBC Gamble: 11 Cameras

Normally I would be giving this sort of show a big F, but in this case I'm reserving judgement.
I just saw about 5-10 of what I guess was episode 3. I did linger longer than I normally would with my PVR ADHD minded surfing habits. The website has episode One in it's entirely, and episode 3 is being re-run tomorrow? You decide.
I would make a note to producers to provide episodes in single downloadable files.
I didn't see episode 2 anywhere either. In a program like this I think getting the content online should be a given.

Thanks to anyone who helped out with the Surprise party, it was wicked to see you all come out.
Miss. B was totally surprised and she had a great time. THANK YOUUUUUU!
After the madness of last weekend, we're taking it easy this weekend and checking out the Street Festival and the Harbourfront Beats and Breaks festival. Both are 3 day events starting on Friday, with most of the fun stuff (for me anyway) happening that night.

Celebrate Toronto Street Festival
A few years back during the glorious fun that SARS was, I was up at Yonge and Davisville in a tiny little bachelor and still paying a ludicrous $850/month. Having little to no cash because of my crushing OSAP debt (still crushing FYI). I was lucky enough to have Big Sugar play steps away at Eglinton. This year most definitely lacking in the musical guest category, but I think I'm going to check this out....
Saturday @ Yonge and Eglington Outdoor Stage
5 pm
Panic & The Rebel Emergency
This unique collaboration layers dancehall "DJ" vocals over reggae influenced rock music to create a new organic sound that is undeniable in its energy and originality. Their debut album "Captured By A Vision", is an eclectic mix of Rock, Reggae, Dancehall and Ska.
I dunno. their website looks a little boy bandy, but after the amazingly surprising Bedouin Soundclash performance at Oakville Waterfront, I'm allowing for a modicum of label influenced "image management". Bring the goods or I'll pee on your instruments.
